John Austin founded his Montreal Cleaning Company and commenced operations in the spring of 1982 and Austin Cleaning Services was formed.
Initially providing Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Steam Cleaning Services covering the western districts of Montreal namely Westmount, Hampstead, Cote-St-Luc, Ville Mont-Royal, Outremont, Montreal West, Notre-Dame-de-Grace, Cote-des-Neiges then the West Island and thereafter the whole of Greater Montreal including Laval, the South Shore and surrounding areas.
He subsequently expanded supplying Facility Maintenance, Building Janitorial Services, and Business Office Cleaning on a contractual routine and regular client basis.
